Lush Desserts is the creation of Chef Peter Little, having extensively worked in 5 star hotels and restaurants in Europe, Japan, Australia, in a career spanning 25 years. Peter’s extensive knowledge of ingredients and flavors has been used to create restaurant quality desserts for the good food market. Peter loves creating desserts that people remember eating, creating a brand of desserts that his customers instantly recognise as restaurant quality.
A dessert is the last part of dinner, there is no room for error. Our dessert is light, very tasty & lingers on your tastebuds long enough to enjoy the after taste. For this reason, all our ingredients are natural and of great quality. Our desserts tastes like what you would expect an experienced chef to prepare, a creamy smooth dark chocolate mousse that leaves you wanting more. We use a local Victorian made coverture chocolate with natural strong roasted cocoa beans notes with a generous dose of Callebaut Belgium cocoa powder, mixed in with 100% rich Victorian cream, full cream milk, fresh pasteurized eggs, making a smooth creamy texture with a rich natural chocolate taste.
We are a boutique manufacturer based in Melbourne, specialising in dairy desserts. We have created a brand of desserts that has a long refrigerated shelf life and can be transported and sold anywhere in Australia & New Zealand. Peter’s goal is to inspire other Chefs and cooks at home to create wonderful desserts using Lush Desserts mousse and desserts curds as a base, but at the same time, straight from the tub as a simple snack after dinner is equally as great.
