Gently warm to a near melt stage our Dark Chocolate Ganache Mousse. Top fresh profiteroles with our melted mousse and garnish with fruits of the season and and light dusting of icing sugar. Get extra decadent by splitting profiteroles and using our Vanilla Bean Brulee as a filling. Profiteroles parfaites!
