Lemon Curd Tartlets
A great dessert for kids and grown ups alike.
We suggest using an Italian style meringue for our tarts. Hot sugar syrup drizzled into whipped egg whites creates beautiful, fluffy peaks as seen in the image. Remove the lid from the tub of our Lemon Dessert Curd, warm in the microwave for 1 minute and remould into store bought tart shells. Top with piped meringue. Looks great, tastes even better!
