Vanilla Bean Dessert with Caramel Cage
Our Vanilla Bean Brulee transforms into a Michelin Star dessert that will WOW family and friends.
Remove the lid from the tub, warm for one minute in microwave and place half the serve on a plate.
Create a sugar nest by caramelising sugar in a pan, drip over a small round bowl, allow to cool then place over our Vanilla Bean Brulee.
Serve with a passionfruit or raspberry coulis and garnish with shortbread buttons, whipped cream and fruits of the season.
